FAQ
What insurance do you accept? We are in network with BCBS, All Kids and accept Private Pay as well. If you have a different insurance, you may have out of network benefits and can seek reimbursement for covered services. Call your insurance carrier to find out! We do not accept Medicaid at this time.
Age Ranges? We currently treat children 2 and older.
Do I need a referral? Short answer, probably. If you have a referral already, great! If not, we are happy to handle that for you. We are here to help! A referral generally is required for insurance coverage. However, in some cases, such as home assessments or OT screenings, a referral is not required.
How long are sessions? Evaluations are typically around an hour - hour and 15mins. Regular visits range from 30mins to an hour based on the child and/or family's specific needs.
More info on scheduling.. Unlike other clinics, we will not schedule your evaluation and make you wait months for a regular visit spot to open. We will not accept new patients if we cannot continue to treat. While we do try to accommodate everyone's busy schedules, sometimes we cannot. We simply cannot see every school aged child after school hours. Also, younger children typically participate in therapy better in the morning hours. Please take this into consideration when scheduling.
