1. After your assessment, we meet with you and your agent to discuss your home needs.
2. Your agent will share housing options with us to review. We provide a list of pros, cons and considerations.
3. We then tour the best home options with you to determine any necessary home modifications, and get a plan in place so that your new home is move-in ready when your are.
